Bisa saya katakan ini adalah game yang sangat unik. Kenapa? game ini punya nuansa grafis yang sangat clasik ala kartun era 30'an yang biasanya di kemas dalam balutan music Orchestra. Saya membicarakan nuansanya loh ya, tapi jelas jika game ini adalah sebuah game dengan grafis yang sangat bagus layaknya game masa kini. Mungkin ada teman-teman yang merasa familiar dengan kartunnya. Karena saya merasa kartun Cuphead pernah tayang di salah satu stasiun swasta.

Dari informasi yang saya dapatkan sebenarnya game ini bukanlah pure game yang rilis di android secara official, tapi portingan seseorang (Mungkin juga sekelompok orang) dari game PC. Saya nyari tahu karena penasan dengan nama versinya yang biasanya ada embel-embel Alphanya. Dan juga karena game ini terasa kurang stabil saya mainkan di HP Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime milik saya. Kurang stabil dalam arti terasa berat/ lag di salah satu mini gamenya dengan beberapa bug yang terkadang cukup mengganggu. Tapi secara keseluruhan game ini sudah bisa mulai di nikmati kok. Paling tidak untuk yang versi Alpha 5'nya ini. Di banding versi alpha 3nya yang dulu pernah saya mainkan, saya rasa versi ini punya kontrol yang jauh lebih nyaman dan ringan di mainkan. 😁.

Judul dari game ini sendiri adalah nama dari salah satu tokoh utama dalam game ini. Yups seperti namanya, kepala Cuphead adalah cangkir. Saya melihat Cuphead dalam game ini adalah seorang anak kecil ceria dan menyenangkan. Tapi layaknya para anak kecil lainnya yang di penuhi rasa penasaran dan sedikit nakal, justru konflik dari game ini terbuat dari sisi ini. Cuphead dan saudaranya Mugman mengabaikan nasehat dari kakeknya untuk tidak terlibat dengan iblis.

Tapi namanya juga anak kecil, mereka tetap saja panasaran dan masuk dalam sebuah kasino yang bernama Devil's Casino. Singkat cerita kekalahan mereka di tempat tersebut membuatnya harus rela menyerahkan jiwanya pada iblis. Tapi ada alternatif lainnya yang akan membuat nyawa mereka terselamatkan. Yang akan menjadi rangkaian gameplay dari game ini nantinya. Jangan tertipu dengan grafisnya yang bagus dan terkesan mudah. Karena saya merasa game ini punya tingkat kesulitas yang tinggi. Dalam tiap mini gamenya kita hanya akan di sediakan 3 nyawa untuk melawan atau bertempur. Meskipun pola serangan musuh terlihat sangat jelas dan polanya mudah tertebak. Tapi sangat butuh kesabaran untuk melewatinya.
